Large appartment close to the train station and the city center Positive: The apartamente is located in an old house recently renovated. The external aspect of the building and the entrance are discouraging: dark and dirty. However, the apartment itsel is splendid. It is huge, nicely decorated and you can find almost anything you can imagine, including toaster, microwave, Nexpresso, etc. You can also find complimentary cookies and Nexpresso capsules. The rooms are good size and comfortable. Theres is one fan in each room which proved very useful due to hot weather. The badroom has been renovated. Wifi worked all right as well as stream TV. The appartment is conveniently located ten minutes walking from the central station and 5 minutes from the center of the city. The bus station is also very close if you plan to go to the beach. We forgot a wash bag: but the landlord sent it back to us promptly. Negative: First impression was really bad. Entrance is dark and dirty. Works were on going in the floor below. Didn'r make too much noise but contributed to the bad state of the stairs. Fortunately the inside is totally different.

Positive: La localisation, la décoration. Negative: Il manquait du linge de lit, nous avions réservé pour 6 et seulement 2 lits étaient fait. 2 d'entre nous ont dû se "débrouiller ". Réponse de la conciergerie : " vous trouverez le nécessaire dans une caisse ". 2 nuits dont 1 sur sans draps, ́ous avions espéré un geste commercial.

Positive: El apartamento es perfecto, todo muy limpio y esta muy bien ubicado entre el centro y la gare. La unica queja es que el timbre no fuciona para abrir la puerta abajo y tiene que bajar las escaleras para abrir la puerta y es un segundo piso sin ascensor. Por lo demas todo muy bien.
