Could be fine but it isn’t. Perhaps post maintenance & with a new management company, worth considering. Positive: Great Location: 10 minutes walk from Gare de Matabiau and 15 minutes from Place du Capitole. Parking space available (we didn’t use) Attractive modern design if somewhat generic and derivative. Negative: The property was really disappointing: it is seriously let down by poor maintenance - broken shower, toilet seat, blinds and missing plugs, light bulbs out in both lamps etc (Additional wear and tear issues but not major things). Uncomfortable bed with very cheap pillows and sheets. All of which could be lived without the attitude and incompetence of the management company. They have heavily invested in AI so from pre-check in to the reporting of issues all the responses are generic and take no account off what you just asked or reported. Please also be aware there is substantial construction (re-laying mains) in the street.

Muy bonito apartamento y buena ubicación Positive: La ubicación y la limpieza del apartamento. Negative: La plaza de parking no está delimitada y son muy estrechas y costó comunicarnos por un problema con el código por el idioma pero nada que no se solucionase con un buen vecino que hablaba español. El resto genial
