A real oasis - a perfect base to explore Carcassonne from! Positive: Really clean with fantastic self catering facilities, which definitely helped keep my food budget down! It was lovely to be so close to the town but feel that I had a calm and relaxing place of my own - a real oasis! Negative: The fridge made a buzzing sound through the night (which I drowned out with white noise to get to sleep!)
